"Nevada Wholesale" completed implementation of WMS

On December 28, 2015 the AXELOT company announced implementation project completion "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4.0" in the company "Enik Nevada of groups"^[1].

Project Tasks

The first implementation "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4.0" took place in a warehouse of the company in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, afterwards the solution is replicated on a warehouse in Blagoveshchensk, in 2015 system implementation in Khabarovsk and Vladivostok came to the end.

In outlet (2014)

In 2014 the guide of the customer made the decision on replacement of the operating automation system of the main distribution center of the region. The choice fell on "1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management 4.0".

Project Progress

The project began inspection of business processes, the analysis of opportunities of the previous WMS. On the basis of the carried-out work specialists of the contractor developed conceptual design, configured the system model. Change of a system was carried out to season peak, it demanded best efforts at start in operation. User support vypolnyaoas in mode 24х6.

Project Results

Within an implementation project the main warehouse transactions are automated, beginning from acceptance and placement, finishing with assembly and consolidation of collected goods on runs of delivery in separately selected zone. One of features of the automated transactions - feed with exchange. If by orders it is required to select goods which are not in a selection zone, and the selection zone at the same time is filled, a system analyzes location of the "oldest" pallet with goods in a selection zone, issues a task for feed of the goods required under the order in a cell of arrangement of a "old" pallet, and the "old" pallet plans to placement in a cell from where feed is executed. Such mechanism of feed is relevant at a lack of places of the zone selected under selection of goods.

In Vladivostok start of a system is carried out in the moving mode from several small to one large warehouse with a total area of 8 thousand m ². Specialists of AXELOT worked business processes which were going to be implemented in a new warehouse of the company, after that carried out setup and internal system testing.

On the basis of the configured system model specialists of AXELOT held acceptance testing on "real" orders and test groups of goods. After that organized complex training of operators of stationary automated workplaces and TSD operators in work with a system. After start of a system in operation works were continued within control of functioning of a warehouse according to the developed principles in mode 24х6.
