More than 1400 users, the Anglo-and Russian-language interface, integration with systems "BOSS-personnel officer" and "Workday HCM". Automation of works on holidays became the first stage of implementation of ELMA BPM in the Russian representative office of the international biopharmaceutical company "Astrazeneka".
Within the project were executed:
- Setup of the web portal of a system for work of employees;
- Implementation of processes of formation of the annual vacation schedule, a production calendar of the enterprise, execution of applications for a compensatory leave, holiday, absence on an etiology, etc.;
- Automatic calculation of limits of holidays;
- Integration with the Boss-personnel Officer and WorkDay systems;
- Implementation of reports;
- Anglo-and Russian-language interface.
Before implementation of ELMA management of holidays of employees was conducted in different IT systems. Each manager created the vacation schedule for employees of the command, the company experienced difficulty in consolidation of data. The ELMA BPM system became the uniform tool for process automation of planning and a design of holidays. There was an opportunity to trace the last periods and holidays the accruing result.
Service business process "Calculation of limits of holidays" automatically checks data on each employee, calculates a limit, available to it (less holidays and vacation days which are already spent in "advance payment"). In the course of formation of the vacation schedule employees carry out tasks of vacation planning according to the calculated available limit. The manager in the task sees the holidays created by his subordinates, can approve them or return on editing.
Besides, the portlet "Limits of holidays" was developed for convenience of employees. This information window in which the worker can always look at data on a remaining balance of holiday days for previous periods, the current charges and already raskhodovanny days.
Automation of works on holidays is the first stage of the large project of process automation of HR department of the international biopharmaceutical company. In a final stage there are also processes on management of flexible privileges of fund, assessment of qualitative and quantitative indices of work of staff of the company.
