Timely specialists of "1C Architect of business" to the World of Products shop (Odintsovo, the Moscow Region) working in the "shop at the house" format helped to be connected to the Unified State Automated Information System in December, 2015.
As well as all Russian shops trading in alcoholic beverages, "The world of products" it had to be connected by the beginning of 2016 to the Unified State Automated Information System (Unified State Automated Information System) that since January 1 to begin data exchange about purchases of alcohol with the controlling state bodies.
For connection to the Unified State Automated Information System in "The world of products" it was required to enter changes into the available information system, to fix the corresponding equipment and the software. The management of shop at the beginning of December, 2015 asked for the help in company the "1C Architect of business" having wide experience in automation of trade enterprises.
Till December of a back office of shop worked at the basic version of the program "as DALION: Management of shop. LIGHT". As this program has limited functionality and does not support exchange with the Unified State Automated Information System, specialists of "1C Architect of business" suggested the management of shop to make upgrade: upgrade to more functional version – "DALION: Management of shop. UNO". For the client it was the most economical option of connection to the Unified State Automated Information System as he did not demand transition to other software product (for example, on "1C: Retail") and allowed to leave the platform of an information system, usual for personnel.
Specialists of "1C Architect of business" helped to perform upgrade: installed a new configuration on the customer's computer, configured its exchange with the cash Frontol program and scales, connected the photoscanner necessary for reading of excise stamps. Also specialists trained personnel of shop to work with the updated system and with the Unified State Automated Information System. As a result New year the shop met fully equipped – with the system connected to the Unified State Automated Information System.
