BSC supports the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system in Astrazenek

BSC and Astrazeneka Russia signed at the beginning of 2016 the agreement on expanded technical support of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system. Within the agreement specialists of BSC will perform a first line support of work of a HRM system of Astrazeneka Russia company, detailed consultation on questions of its administration, development and modification.


Within general strategy of development much attention of the company is paid to efficiency of management in general and HR management – in particular. For the solution of such business challenges as conducting personnel records and payroll of Astrazenek Rossiya uses the domestic BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system.

As the first step specialists of BSC booked technical audit of a HRM system, revealed and eliminated bottlenecks in its work. In particular, the correct algorithm of loading of holidays from an external system was developed and the corresponding adjustments in the BOSS-personnel officer are executed. After the solution of first-priority and critical questions of operation of a HRM system of BSC and "Astrazeneka Russia" company signed the agreement on expanded technical support the BOSS-personnel officer (including additional functionality of a system).

Within the agreement on expanded technical support and the authorized maintenance the BOSS-personnel officer by specialists of BSC will render full range of services, including:

  • A first line support of work of users of a system and their detailed consultation online on any questions of operation and setup of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system;
  • A research and qualification specialists of BSC of possible system mistakes in case of detection of like those in installation process and uses of updates (versions) of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system;
  • Consultation in the field of the most effective use of functionality of an information system;
  • Setup of access rights of users, etc.
