NVision Group executed transition to EDMS DocsVision

On December 17, 2015 the DocsVision company announced transition of NVision Group to electronic document management on the Docsvision platform. The project of start of electronic document management is executed with the assistance of BTLab company.

Project Objective

The customer needed to increase efficiency of document flow of the company. For the solution of a task bought 500 user licenses Docsvision 5.

Work on the project

Specialists of BTLab adapted functionality of Docsvision for business processes of NVision Group:

• configured automatic formation of memos on the basis of data from the accounting system of Microsoft Dynamics AX;
• synchronized the reference book of organizational and regular structure between Docsvision and Microsoft Dynamics AX, end-to-end business processing of requests for business trips, budget control regarding expenses on business trips;
• customized the expanded system of notification.

Training of employees is carried out in several steps.

Project Results

Transition to electronic document management on the Docsvision platform helped Nvision Group company:

• automate work with correspondence, organizational and administrative documentation (orders and orders), memos, powers of attorney, protocols, requests for a business trip;
• organize the address and approval of internal documents in electronic form that allowed to accelerate processing of documents;
• cut down the staff of the department of documentary providing (DDP) by 3 times.

As a rule, at implementation of IT systems resources of the company are increased and only then are reduced, and gradually within 1.5-2 years. In our company and in our project the efficiency of Docsvision proved to be for all 100% already at an input stage in commercial operation only of several scenarios. We are going to develop further the project, as much as possible using systems capabilities for increase in efficiency of our company. Using the Docsvision platform and the flexible designers provided in it it was succeeded to implement very difficult functionality which is completely answering to specifics of activity of the customer.
