SDO – the main instrument of work of management of training and personnel development of Bank. By means of it it is implemented training of employees of the bank which includes studying of electronic rates and accounting of participation in the internal events held by Bank (application, its confirmation by heads and management of training, presence accounting, a feedback and so forth), submission of requests for external training. Training and development of career is controlled by heads and specialists of management of training.
Also in SDO annual personel assessment of Bank is implemented. In its framework not only employee performance is estimated, but also individual development plans and training are formed.
SDO is actively used in the course of adaptation of new employees. In it the large volume of information and training materials which allow beginners to accustom and gain all necessary knowledge for execution of the service duties is accumulated. In a system managers of adaptation who monitor acceptance of new employees work, accompany them within the first months of work and control process of their training and results of testing.
