130 specialists of training, 10 developers of rates, 2 administrators of SDO are engaged in personnel training.
The educational Portal is available from the Internet, for ensuring its work the uniform server for all regions is used. Access to the Portal is possible from different mobile devices.
Assigned tasks
- automate processes of the organization of resident internal and external instruction;
- transfer from other systems to WebTutor all processes connected with training;
- provide to different employee groups functionality for obtaining all necessary reporting and analytical information;
- analyze requirements and implement functionality which will be really useful to users;
- make the portal convenient, practical and intuitive for employees;
- increase the level of knowledge and motivation of personnel;
- create the positive relation to the portal and distance learning at employees.
Project implementation results
- processes of the organization and fixation in WebTutor of all types of training are automated;
- purpose of rates/tests depending on a position is automated;
- carrying out annual personel assessment is automated;
- the functionality is provided for formation of the necessary reporting and analytical information;
- human resources owing to an exception of manual processes are redistributed;
- in a system 183 rates and the 148th test are registered;
- support of mobile devices is implemented;
- high attendance of the portal is reached: about 50 thousand visits a month;
- in a year employees pass about 200 thousand rates.
