WEB LEASING (WebTutor)

Within project implementation the corporate educational portal under the name "Academy of Development" was developed and brought into operation. It represents full-fledged SDO, access to which the staff of the company is provided by means of the browser.

Academy of development is collected:

• scripts, instructions, the presentations for independent studying;
• electronic and videocourses;
• access to webinars;
• access to registration for internal trainings with the description of the existing programs;
• event calendar with reminders;
• fresh information on important changes – new products, regulations, provisions;
• forums;
• pages of regions are virtual platforms for team interaction;
• honor roll with names of the best employees;
• pages of tenders and the actions which are carried out in the Company;

• pages with news where all issues of the monthly corporate magazine are provided;
• "Sales ledger" – the live electronic database where all information necessary for effective implementation of the tasks set for the selling employees contains;
• control of learning process by heads within official hierarchy;
• AAR (the automated adaptation route) – guarantees effective taking office of new employees due to use electronic and videocourses, webinars, independent studying of the materials provided to Academies of development, meetings with the mentor, intermediate and final testing.

Users of SDO are 1500 employees of the Company in 74 cities of Russia.
