SDO is the main tool of the Center of training and development of Bank. Work with it is carried out by means of the educational Portal. Attendance of the Portal makes over 1000 people a day. It is possible to work at it both from computers, and from mobile devices. SDO is actively used in Bank (for example, only electronic rates about 500 come to the end every day). Therefore in the project progress the decision on creation of a cluster from two servers was made. SDO is integrated with internal information systems of Bank, in particular, with personnel.

Training of employees of the bank in SDO is based on the basis of personal training plans. In total them 35 are developed. Each of plans is tied to positions and allows employees who occupy them, to gain all necessary knowledge for accomplishment of the labor duties. One vista shot which is relevant for all workers without exception is in addition implemented. Resident instruction, electronic courses, tests of assessment procedure, webinars, different training materials is a part of the plan. Heads of divisions have an information access about results of training which is displayed in the form of evident reports.

In SDO efficiency evaluation of activity of a system is implemented. Indicators of KPI were for this purpose developed, a feedback on all actions, trainings and rates gathers. Attendance of actions, general impression of employees about training, fillability of audiences and other parameters are subject to calculation.

The SDO command consists of 4 distance learning specialists, 43 professionals in the field of training and development. Users of SDO are 9 thousand employees of different divisions of Bank.
