In the project progress the corporate educational portal available in all branches and divisions of the company was organized. Its main objectives is providing to employees all information necessary for them, development acting and support of new workers.

On the portal the directory of electronic rates on internal processes of the company and the range of jewelry is created. Employees can submit applications for their studying (according to the positions held by them) and also to independently appoint to themselves open rates. The directory of tests is used for the solution of such tasks as monthly certification, employee development (for example, the test for the control locus), an examination on different subjects and so forth.

On the portal the digital library was organized. In it training materials for different divisions are collected: shops, production, offices and so forth. Also in library profile magazines, books and videos including created especially for the company, for example, the motivating movies from the First Person of the Company are placed.

On the portal functions on development of career are available. Employees can browse information on horizontal and vertical career development, relevant vacancies, requirements to different positions, lists of the recommended literature and so forth. Also there is an opportunity to submit the application for a higher position.

In addition on the portal such functions as holding webinars (with a possibility of direct participation in them and viewing record of already taken place actions), a forum, special sections for mentors and trainers, a personal account and so forth are implemented. Success of the project such indicators as high average daily visit of a corporate educational portal (350 people a day) confirm, more than 11 thousand complete tests and more than 37 thousand complete electronic rates in two years of existence.
