The Novosibirsk technopark selected solutions of Schneider Electric for creation of engineering infrastructure of DPC

In February, 2016 the Schneider Electric company announced completion of construction of the first stage of a data processing center of technopark of the Novosibirsk Campus (Academpark). Engineering infrastructure of DPC is constructed on the solutions Schneider Electric.

The area of data center is 700 sq.m. The total power consumption - 250 kW with a possibility of increase up to 1 MW. Engineering infrastructure of the machine hall of DPC is constructed on modular architecture of InfraStruxure. In it 44 racks are set, the systems of power distribution and monitoring are implemented. For cooling of 44 racks intra line conditioners of the InRow RC and InRow RP series and also the system of containerization of a hot corridor EcoAisle are used. Uninterrupted power supply according to scheme N+1 is provided geographically distributed premises set in by two Symmetra PX ODIN UPSes with a power of 250 kW with a possibility of increase in power of everyone up to 1 MW. It is also worth canceling existence of two independent power inputs (transformer substation is based on the solutions Schneider Electric) and the systems of centralization of control, management and advance planning of activity of the basic systems of infrastructure of data center (DCIM). Besides, in DPC EcoBuildings dispatching system is implemented, and all distribution network of low tension is also built on the solutions Schneider Electric.

Certainly, it is a key object in Academpark as there is no other IT infrastructure of similar level there. An object is potentially suitable for certification on TIER III and works on certification will begin next year. Also we are going to announce an open competition on public-private partnership on further development of the project for the benefit of technopark, one of conditions of which will be investments into the engineering systems of an object and finishing it to ultimate design capacity, including on the guaranteed power supply.
