Elar-Orteri will digitize spare parts of transmissions

ELAR corporation delivered at the end of 2015 in Avtotranstekh company a photographic studio of Elar-Orteri using which will carry out 3D here - shooting of the parts connected with functioning of the automatic transmission (AT). The company also purchased the network drive ELAR for archiving of data and storage of electronic images.

Avtotranstekh specializes in repair, diagnostics and service of automatic transmission, delivery of the specialized equipment, holding technical seminars for specialists in the field of repair of automatic transmissions and also information support of market participants.

"We use the photomachine ORTERI for creation of three-dimensional images of the different products and spare parts connected with automatic transmission, for example, of mekhatronik, glands, pistons, plugs, oil pumps, filters, pressure adjusters and a great number of others. 3D - rollers will be placed on an informational portal of the company for our clients and partners, - Vyacheslav Bakalov, the director of the company Avtotranstekh comments. – Daily it is possible to digitize 30-40 parts, and all it is necessary to finish shooting about 9 thousand objects. In plans not only to digitize "retrofund", i.e. spare parts which are at us stored at the moment, but also to use the equipment in the current activity, for 3D - photographing of new receipts".

Work with ELAR ORTERI does not require special skills: all transactions, including light setup, shooting of objects under different corners, installation and program assembly of images, – are completely automated. Creation of one 3D - a roller takes no more than 7 minutes. The equipment allows to edit ready material, to add to it the summary, to mark with watermarks, to index for the subsequent search and also to place automatically in databases, on servers or portals.

"As well as in a case with Avtotranstekh, the equipment for 3D - shooting it is effectively applied in e-commerce, for example, for the solution of a problem of evident goods demonstration to visitors of the portal who can consider it far off, rotating, bringing closer or enlarging a space image, - Pavel Horoshilov, the senior sales manager of ELAR comments. – Also ELAR ORTERI is used for the publication and the analysis in medical, judicial and scientific research, for the 3D organization - the presentations of rare archive copies or creation of electronic directories of museum collections. By the way, in the museums ELAR implemented the largest projects on 3D - digitization – in the State Hermitage, Russian Museum of Ethnography, the State museum of L.N. Tolstoy, the Kamchatka edge joint museum and others".
