On January 14, 2016 the TransTeleCom company announced providing service "A non-charge call 8-800" to the TransTeleCom Ryazan Energy Sales Company (RESC)[1].

Project Results

Within the agreement the macroregional branch "Srednevolzhsky" TransTeleCom companies provided to RESK the uniform multichannel phone number in format 8-800-755-XX-XX for work of help desk and the organization of a hot line with clients.

The service "A non-charge call 8-800" is actively used by the companies working in the social sphere because it allows to process a large number of calls and to provide effective interaction with consumers. We provide this service three years, and today it is used by our more than 200 clients.

Our company always aims at customer service quality improvement. For this purpose we organized work of uniform help desk, and are interested that it was the most effective. The service "A non-charge call 8-800" from a TTK will always allow us to stay in touch with clients and to quickly resolve the issues arising at them connected with consumption and payment of the electric power.
