Project Tasks

  1. Ensuring level of existence of goods for ensuring sales;
  2. Decrease in level of trade inventories in a system, at the same time ensuring permanent existence of goods on shelves.
  3. Acceleration of turnover of trade inventories;
  4. Increase in efficiency of data acquisition (information concerning trade inventories and key indicators).

Project Steps
