Experimental design bureau of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Yugra started Case

On February 1, 2016 Case became known of an implementation project in district clinical city hospital of Khanty-Mansiysk of an electronic document management system.

On January 1, 2016 the staff of the District Clinical Hospital (DCH) of Khanty-Mansiysk completely passed Case to electronic document management.

According to the statement of department of health care of the region, the staff of organization was trained and mastered necessary skills. The staff of hospital, whose work is connected with the entering and outgoing documentation, successfully cope with assigned tasks by means of a reliable and convenient system.

In our hospital more than 2700 people work, document flow is conducted in very large volume. The program Case became for us the great assistant. Now we should not spend many time for search of paper documents. The possibility of their loss is excluded. The mass translation of documents in an electronic form allowed us to reduce costs for copying and time for document transfer to contractors, it technically unloaded the employees. And the transparency became the most important advantage to us, a system allows heads to watch the status of the document throughout all stages of its approval and a statement.
