Project of data protection of executive authorities of the Leningrad Region

The Sistematika company completed at the beginning of 2016 execution of works on creation and development of information security systems of executive authorities of the Leningrad Region (ASZI OIV LO) and interdepartmental information systems.

Works were performed within program implementation "Information society in the Leningrad Region" and are directed to protection of the state information systems of executive authorities of the Leningrad Region (GIS OIV LO).

The relevance of works is caused by need to execute a number of the purposes:

• Exclude unauthorized access or it is essential to complicate obtaining the protected information on GIS OIV LO or its products;
• Automate the organizational measures and mechanisms of data protection implemented in GIS OIV LO;
• Confirm compliances of GIS OIV LO to security requirements of information in the form of certification.

Development of an information security system assumed 2 stages.

As a result of the first stage expertize of documentation of ASZI OIV LO was carried out and requirements for development of the system of complex automation of organizational measures and mechanisms of data protection (CKAOM) are taken out.

Within the second stage:

• technical means and information security systems were updated;
• changes are made to existing and additional sets of projects and forms of organizational and administrative documents are developed;
• evaluation tests are carried out and certification of several information systems is executed;
• it is developed, configured and put into trial operation the special software for SKAOM.

All technical means of data protection, the software and documentation conform to technical specifications, requirements of GOST and the Russian legislation.
