"STEP of Telemarketing" provides management of users of the application, schedules of the notification, notification subsystems, defines rules of repeated call-downs for achievement of the necessary effect of informing subscribers. Using the interface of the module it is possible to configure the text message format which will be lost in the preset time and days when dialing to subscribers.

The Telemarketing STEP software product is own development of STEP LOGIC and is applied at call-down of the existing and potential clients with goods offering and services, when carrying out researches of requirements of the market and polls and also to operational informing on scheduled maintenance, debts, payment due dates. The solution is quickly integrated in the existing IT infrastructure, easily scaled and is compatible to platforms of different vendors. STEP of Telemarketing can use telecom operators, insurance companies, the commercial organizations, banks, the collection agencies, medical institutions, structures of housing and public utilities. The solution already proved the efficiency in contact centers of Rostelecom, the European pension fund, Eurasian Development Bank.

STEP of Telemarketing allows to increase efficiency and to optimize work of key divisions of contact center. The automated workplace of the manager provides all functionality necessary for setup of business scenarios of processing of outgoing calls. Operators receive the user-friendly and intuitive graphical interface. At communication with the client the history of interaction with it on all communication channels is visible that it considerably increases a share of the questions which are successfully solved at the first address. Administrators of the systems of the automatic voice notification can control channel capacity, work at the same time with several warning systems, quickly receive notifications in case of failures, etc.

The solution STEP Telemarketing is included in "The unified register of the Russian computer programs and databases" on a class of the products "Application Software of General Purpose" according to Order No. 157 of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2018. The software product was recognized to relevant requirements, stipulated in Item 5 rules of formation and maintaining the unified register of the Russian programs for the electronic computers and databases approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 of November 16, 2015 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the software coming from the foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" and also on the basis of the decision of Expert advice on the Russian software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of April 2, 2018. Thus, the product of STEP LOGIC is officially permitted for purchase by the state and municipal organizations.
