Galaktika of Mobile

In February, 2016 the Galaktika corporation and group CDC announced development of the Galaktika of Mobile mobile solution intended for support of processes of management of maintenance, repairs, operation, bypasses and collecting of operation parameters of the equipment.

Cooperation of two companies and the carried-out works on creation of the solution "Galaktika of Mobile" allow to expand the modern Russian management system for production assets of the Galaktika EAM level satisfying to requirements of industrial enterprises for the software for process automation of maintenance and repairs. System implementation will allow the enterprises to reduce costs due to reduction of unplanned equipment downtimes and also to increase quality of maintenance of the equipment and to minimize risks due to increase in efficiency of planning, routing and control of accomplishment of processes.

The solution "Galaktika of Mobile" developed based on a domestic digital intellectual technology platform the Optimum 5.0 is the main source and the conductor of data for the Russian management system for production assets the Galaktika EAM (Enterprise Assets Management), providing control of technical condition of the equipment in real time.

The application is completely supported by all functionality of the EAM systems of Galaktika. Galaktika of Mobile it is created especially for an electric grid of Russia - the infrastructure companies which are responsible for transportation of the electric power in scales of the whole country. The application held for use repair and mobile crews performing regular works on support in working order of all elements of critical infrastructure of the company: the transferring lines, substations, power transmission line support, etc.

Implementation of the application will allow to increase significantly a between-repairs run and to receive for the most reliable, and operational information directly from those nodes and objects which need service and support. By calculations of specialists of Galaktika economic effect of implementation of the application on objects of critical infrastructure can be, estimated, more than 1 billion rubles a year for the company from 1500 people in the state.

The solution adapts under needs of any customer who under management has a branched and difficult power infrastructure: oil industry, chemical industry, construction of facilities of power, railway infrastructure, lines, networks and communication systems.

Information on accomplishment of operational and repair work through the application will come to corporate data center through the mobile Internet – the channel is protected from data loss even at low speeds (up to 9.6 Kbps) that allows the application to work effectively in any conditions.

Principle of work of this application very simple: if during a bypass the employee noticed breakdown, he can photograph and send it to crew the file with a task to eliminate it. In turn, the crew will have an access to all information on the necessary object: when it was built how many times already repaired. After completion of repair, the application sends all data on the carried-out works where there is already a data validation and formation of all necessary reporting documentation to a dedicated server. In addition, the management will obtain in real time all data on the current location of crews and their actions.

All softwares it is established and updated on a centralized basis – it excludes an opportunity to install third-party applications and also minimizes risk of date leak.

Mobile application works based on Android, Windows 8.1/10 and iOS.
