HitoPran biorezorbiruyemy wound bandage

The NAPOLI FPI RVC portfolio company is going to bring in 2016 to the market the second generation of a unique biorezorbiruyemy wound bandage of the HitoPran. The bandage, as well as its first generation, is made of chitosan nanofibres, but in addition contains active medicinal agents.

NAPOLI completed the works on introduction to a wound covering of enzyme of the trypsin having capability effectively at the end of 2015 to clean wounds. The technology allowed to create the unique tool for surgeons – biorezorbiruyemy "bandage scalpel" for fluidifying of necroses and prevention of formation of hems which material in process of dissolution will be substituted with body tissue of the person.

Development of NAPOLI has no analogs in the world – in process of healing material of a bandage resolves and it does not need to be removed that saves from painful feelings and additional traumatizing a wound surface. The HitoPran treats, saves time to doctors and reduces costs of hospitals.

The hi-tech bandage makes complex positive medical impact on a wound: stimulates and accelerates regeneration processes, reduces pain, provides healing without hems. Special structures and technology of receiving a nanofibrous layer provide unique properties of material for healing process acceleration.

Nanofibres create conditions for excellent air permeability and evaporation of moisture, providing the safest and comfortable maintaining a wound, and chitosan activates natural protection and recovery gears in cells of skin. Thanks to these properties of the HitoPran it allows to be recovered in the shortest possible time from wounds of a different etiology: burns, decubituses, trophic ulcers, household grazes, donor sections – also is irreplaceable at treatment of age patients: terms of recovery are reduced by 1.5 - 2 times in comparison with traditional methods of treatment.

submitted NAPOLI in 2015 to Roszdravnadzor the application for registration of the second generation of a bandage of the HitoPran with active medicinal agents: ciprofloxacin and trypsin. Important advantage of the second generation of Hitopran is considerable (at least, much) decrease in a consumption of medicinal substances due to their high bioavailability.

Wound bandages of the HitoPran are on sale more than in 40 drugstores of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Rostov-on-Don, the Crimea and also the product is used by the burn centers, hospitals and clinics in Russia. Among them: Institute of neurosurgery of a name of the academician N.N. Burdenko, Institute of surgery of A.V. Vishnevsky, Sevastopol city hospital No. 1 of N.I. Pirogov and others.

In plans of NAPOLI for 2016 – products output to international market. At the end of March, 2016 the company will receive the certificate in the SE system allowing to sell in the European Union (EU) and the countries accepting regulations of the EU.
