Lanit Group (file) completed the first subproject of implementation of an end-to-end system of enterprise management of Microsoft Dynamics AX in Dymovsky Sausage Production company. The project is implemented on the basis of industry solution "by Lanit. Meat processing".
The structure of project works provides control automation of all operating cycle at the enterprise, from forecasting of sales before shipment of goods to buyers. As a result of implementation the company management will be able to manage key business processes of manufacturing enterprise taking into account both external, and internal factors and to calculate the economic indicators necessary for planning and the analysis of activity of the enterprise, including production management, stocks, a warehouse, sold. Besides, the automation system will allow to prepare the management reporting.
The project was broken into three stages. The first subproject "Supply and finance" came to the end at the beginning of 2007. Centralization and coordination of work of staff of department of supply, finance division, a warehouse became the purpose of this subproject. Works on process automation of management of supply, stocks and all financial transactions, including planning of payments on the payment schedule were performed. Implementation allowed to reduce number of errors during the work with agreements, reconciliations, to exclude duplications of information. Thereby working time of staff of the enterprise is saved. Reflection in the system of the planned purchases allows the enterprise to work more rhythmically.
In March, 2007 works on the second subproject which problem is control automation by production processes were begun. The main specifics of production in the meat-processing industry – existence of production repartitions and need of work with "dismantling" compoundings. The complexity of such method consists in need of cost accounting of the actual exits when cutting raw materials. Besides, in production process it is necessary to control constantly deviations in a consumption of raw materials and production losses in comparison with normative indicators. Other major indicator which is considered on all sections of production and subject to control, is the quality of products. All these features of production are going to be implemented during implementation.
At the third stage it is going "close" all chain of activity of the enterprise and automate the processes connected with sale of finished goods, customer relations. Besides, integration of a production management system into the specialized program of optimal formation of orders will be performed.
