On September 20, 2013 it became known of the conducted preproject examination and formation of technical specifications for the planned reconstruction of an APCS of one of objects of Yakutskenergo company - the Cascade of the Vilyuysk hydroelectric power stations of E.N. Batenchuk. Preproject works were carried out by Smartengineering group.
Project Tasks
The contractor needed to collect complete information volume for development of technical specifications, technical requirements and also development of the project and work documentation on the system of automated management of technology process of the Cascade of the Vilyuysk HEPS.
Project Results
Smartengineering Ltd executed preproject inspection regarding power electric equipment, the hydromechanical equipment, the scheme of issue of power, antiabnormal automatic equipment, relay protection, hydromechanical protection, the fire extinguishing system, oil-pressure installation, lekazhny units and electromagnetic compatibility.
Based on the carried-out works recommendations (technical specifications) about reconstruction of the APCS system of the Cascade of the Vilyuysk HEPS which will allow to estimate amount of works with involvement of contractors and to select the organizations conforming to technical requirements for project implementation are created.
