Far Eastern Distribution Network Company (FEDNC) (Complex projects of service of the engineering systems)

In April, 2012 in Vladivostok the construction is completed and the substation (PS) Eagle - an object of DRSK branch of JSC "Seaside electric networks" is put into operation. The project was executed by Smartengineering group.

Project Tasks

The project provided start of PS of 110/35/6 kV Eagle to the APEC summit in September, 2012.

Project Results

Within the project the Smartengineering group performed a complex of works from delivery before commissioning of the capital equipment of telemechanics (RC OF "Iset"), relay protection (NPP EKRA LLC) and antiabnormal automatic equipment (PRO-SOFTWARE). Delivery and works on supervision of erection of the equipment of multiplexing of KEYMILE UMUX 1500 are performed.

List of stages of the project:

1. project works on making changes in documentation regarding the equipment of a system of relay protection;
2. check of appearance and completeness of the equipment;
3. construction and commissioning;
4. setup of the equipment, check by a working current and tension;
5. individual and comprehensive tests with drawing up test sheets;
6. complete instructing of service staff of DRSK branch of JSC "Seaside electric networks" in work with the integrated equipment and in elimination of possible malfunctions.

As a result of the carried-out works of PS of 110/35/6 kV Eagle is delivered under tension in April, 2012.
