During the project processes of office-work, contractual document flow, approval of requests are automated. 100 users work with a system at the same time. A scope – all company. Duration of all works from agreement signature before signing of the act was less than 3 months. The solution is based on the product "Standard Document Flow", turning on such modules as 4Doc. Office-work and 4Doc. Approval of agreements. The product was configured, finished and integrated with 1C.
