The Amway company implements Anaplan for performance management of sales
One of the largest producers of personal hygiene means, household chemicals and cosmetics, Amway company, passes in Russia to the Anaplan platform for creation of an automated system of planning and the analysis of sales.
Long time for similar planning specialists of Amway used spreadsheets which ceased to cope with the tasks facing the company over time. For business process optimization the management of Amway made the decision to pass to the Anaplan platform. The purpose of this project – to help the company to increase efficiency of sales planning by products, regions and other key metrics, up to Independent Entrepreneurs of Amway (NPA) of one of top levels – Platinum. It is the level at which sales about 6 thousand sales representatives are controlled.
When choosing the customer noted among advantages of a system, first of all, its flexibility, speed of making changes and fast reaction to these changes. In addition, the platform was selected thanks to opportunities of setup and development of the solution directly by business, without participation of IT of specialists.
