SO UES reconstructed the building of the dispatching center of the Kursk RDU

On July 2, 2013 it became known of the project of complex reconstruction of the building of the dispatching center of SO UES branch of JSC "Regional dispatching office of power supply systems of the Kursk and Oryol regions" in the city of Kursk. The contractor - Smartengineering group.

Project Tasks

According to terms of reference, it was required to carry out without stopping technology process complex reconstruction of the building of the dispatching center of SO UES branch of JSC "Regional dispatching office of power supply systems of the Kursk and Oryol regions". Technology equipment the Smartengineering group needed to conduct creation of engineering and information systems of the building and equipment in the conditions of stay in the building of personnel of technology, information and auxiliary blocks.

Project Progress

In the project progress the Smartengineering group should execute:

• complete reconstruction of the engineering systems of the building (heating, ventilation, conditioning, lighting, water supply, the sewerage), including delivery, installation and a commissioning of the equipment;
• automate the system of the security fire warning and the warning system (RPE and SO), video surveillances, control of access control on objects;
• complete reconstruction of IT of infrastructure of the building, including delivery, installation and a commissioning of the equipment;
• strengthening of floor overlappings of the building;
• reconstruction of thermal point, including delivery, installation and a commissioning of the equipment;
• complete internal and exterior finish of the building, including replacement of window and front constructions;
• replacement of all technology equipment of the dispatching center, including its installation and a commissioning;
• improvement of the adjacent territory;
• receive all necessary allowing documentation from supervisory authorities and put an object into commercial operation.
