Apatite (Complex projects of service of the engineering systems)

In February, 2015 the Smartengineering group announced project completion of reconstruction of the pipeline of the mining and chemical Apatite complex by request of JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets.

Project Tasks

Smartengineering companies were coming:

• reconstruction of the pipeline of water supply on hydroconsolidations of the pump;
• replacement of the existing pipeline of cooling water of high pressure on technical condition;
• installation of internal networks of a water supply system in compliance Construction Norms and Regulations.

All works were required to be carried out without disconnection of a system from production process of the enterprise.

Work on the project

During the course of performance the project Smartengineering carried out:

• supply of equipment and materials;
• dismantling of the pipeline of water supply;
• installation of the new pipeline;
• installation of shut-off and control valves;
• replacement of nodes of connection with consumers (mills, flotation machines);
• repair of collectors;
• hydrotests with signing of the act of commissioning;
• commissioning.

Project Results

Upon completion of the project the mining and chemical Apatite complex received:

• the route of water supply on hydroconsolidation of the pump;
• shut-off and control valves;
• the reconstructed nodes of connection with the consuming units (mills, flotation machines);
• the increased capacity of the route;
• management of shutoff valves of the increased reliability.

The project for sanatorium Tirvas

In April, 2015 it became known of construction plans of the pool in the territory of the sanatorium Tirvas belonging to Apatit plant. As the customer of works JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets, the contractor Smartengineering group acted.

Project Tasks

From Smartengineering it was required to create the project and to build for JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets the swimming pool (on 5 tracks 25 m long) from the nursery akvazony, equipped with a hydromassage zone, aero massage, a geyser, water guns.

Work on the project

For project implementation Smartengineering were required:

• design and exploration work;
• dismantling of the building of catering department;
• technical inspection of building constructions of the adjoining 4-storey body with development of constructive solutions on repair and gain of constructions;
• installation and construction works (construction and installation of the building of the pool, supply of equipment and materials);
• design of an input to the premises of the pool from the 2nd floor of the adjoining 4-storey body of sanatorium;
• placement of all technical equipment of the pool at the level of the 1st floor of the adjoining building;
• commissioning.

Project Results

On July 2, 2015 Smartengineering completed design and exploration work (collecting of initial and allowing documentation and accomplishment of 2-stage design - inspection of load-carrying structures of the building, receiving specifications and GPZU, development of the outline sketch, project and work documentation).

For February 12, 2016 the installation and construction works planned to end in August, 2016 are conducted.
