2018: Processing of a product in terms of architecture
On October 31, 2018 the company Stack Group reported that service -provider M1Cloud Stack Group companies improved the software product for automation of all operational processes — Assistant Manager. This product is focused on increase in efficiency of corporate management.
The internal automated system is the development of M1Cloud (Stack Group) created taking into account deep examination in the market of cloud services which allows to set tasks and to control their accomplishment, to perform electronic document management, to manage rendering services, to conduct recording of actions, to obtain comprehensive statistical data — i.e. it is easy to manage operational processes.
For 2017-2018 Assistant Manager was completely processed in terms of architecture that allowed to correspond to the current and potential requests from internal users.
Except complete processing of architecture, the project could not be "frozen" therefore, in process of change of the scheme of the databases (D) under the updated architecture, a part of the code, respectively, changed, and a part - became legacy. In addition, also other functionality in parallel appeared. For October, 2018 there were about 50% of legacy of the code which is going to be rewritten completely in 2019. Thus, in one and a half years the system of deployment on the product environment was processed, other scheme DB is created, performance is globally improved, the logic of processing and formation of orders is remade, workflow of service of orders is completely constructed, the self-written IOC container is replaced with Autofac, the full-function system of the rights is implemented, are written and processed a large number a unit tests, the mechanism of mailing of letters for the selected users, roles and stages of workflow is created, the functionality of statistics for convenient graphic and tabular display and also about 700 other improvements is processed.

In the short term the development team of M1Cloud (Stack Group) is going to unify, in addition to completion of processing of legacy of the code, the customer base with adjacent software products of the company, to expand opportunities for obtaining analytical and statistical information, to integrate and automate work with monitoring systems and billing systems.
This version of Assistant Manager works in corporate network to which it is possible to get secure access from any place and at any time – information is not saved on devices of users, and stored and processed on own servers of the company that provides the high level of data security, taking into account differentiation of access rights.

As it became known in February, 2018 Stack Group company for increase in efficiency of corporate management improved the solution for automation of all operational processes – Assistant Manager.
This internal automated system is the development of Stack Group created taking into account extensive work experience in the market of IT services which allows to manage easily and dynamically operational processes, to set tasks and to control the course of their accomplishment, to perform electronic document management, to manage processes of rendering services, to conduct detailed recording of actions, to obtain comprehensive statistical data and many other things.
In the version of 2016, in addition to changes of the interface which was completely processed using the modern technologies used in latest revisions of popular browsers developers enhanced information security of a system in terms of safety of a trade secret and flexibility of data access (implemented technology of more detailed management of access rights). Also there was a possibility of message exchange with a binding to any object of a system that increased efficiency of internal communication.
This version of Assistant Manager is the third. The first version was implemented in 2013 and had basic functionality, but all the same strongly increased efficiency of work, allowed to perform collecting of statistical data for the further analysis therefore the decision on further development of a system was made. Certainly, in the market of the similar systems there are ready-made universal solutions, many were considered, however taking into account specifics of our activity, any of them did not approach, and considering the speed of implementation and a possibility of further development and support of a system, third-party products just had no chances. A system this year endures large-scale updating, in it features of internal business processes and also specifics of solvable tasks are considered – actually therefore we did not begin to take the ready-made solution, and created the.
