Description of implementation

• Examination of processes within stage borders is conducted: the entering, outgoing documents, ORD, instructions;

• The Project solution "Entering, Outgoing Documents, ORD, Instructions" is approved;

• The document "Requirements to Infrastructure for System Deployment 1C: Document Flow" is prepared;

• The test environment for the 1C: Document Flow system is configured;

• Work instructions of users of the 1C: Document Flow system are developed;

• Programs of instructing of users of the 1C: Document Flow system are developed;

• The subsystem of "NSI", Right of access, "HORDES", "The entering and outgoing documents" is configured;

• Users and administrators are trained (subsystems of "NSI", Right of access, "HORDES", "The entering and outgoing documents");

• The subsystem "Control of execution of instructions" in the 1C: Document Flow system is configured;

• Users and administrators are trained (a subsystem "Control of execution of instructions");

• The working environment for a system is prepared, the working version is unrolled;

• A system is put into trial operation.
