Description of implementation

1) As a result of automation accounting of the entering and outgoing documentation, document storage is adjusted

2) The 1C: Document Flow software product on 600 jobs is installed. Training of 3 key users and the system administrator is provided

3) Initial setup of a system is made:

• Information on users of a system is created

• Document types are configured: entering — 1, proceeding — 1 and internal — 10

• Templates of document types — 12 are configured

• Processing of documents, such as is configured: registration, consideration and execution of incoming documents; approval, statement, registration and sending outgoing documents; preparation, approval, statement and registration of internal documents

• User rights on groups of access, on document types, on signature stamps to accesses, on the organizations, on document folders are differentiated

• Standard reports are used

Results

Now in the company all documents are stored in uniform information base that ensures safety of documents, a possibility of quick search and access to documents, acceleration of processing of documents (approval and others), reduction of time for work with documents increases transparency of accounting of documents and tasks (on any processing stage of the document it is possible to see the status and course of execution of tasks and documents), for heads the instrument of control of assigned tasks appeared.
