Description of implementation

Structure of the works performed during implementation:

• 1C: Document Flow installation;

• Installation of the Web server;

• NSI setup (organizations, organizational structure, users, etc.);

• Setup of standard groups of access;

• Setup of the entering and outgoing documents, processes on them; organizational and administrative, documents, processes on them; memos, processes on them;

• Providing the instruction to users for registration of the entering and outgoing documents, their processing – including registration, consideration, execution; on creation and processing of organizational and administrative documents, their approval, a statement and execution; on control of performing discipline on the tasks of subordinates which according to documents are on control;

• Training of the administrator and users.

Results

• All documents created or registered in an electronic document management system are stored in uniform information base that guarantees safety of documents, a possibility of quick search and access to documents.

• Processing of documents accelerated (approval and others).

• The transparency of accounting of documents and tasks (on any processing stage of the document it is possible to see the status and course of execution of tasks and documents) increased.

• Time for work with documents was reduced, for heads there is a possibility of control of assigned tasks and performing discipline of employees.
