Product Selection

For the purpose of increase in effective management of the enterprise the decision on workflow automation was made. As the main selection terms of an electronic document management system of JSC Moloko such parameters as were specified: functionality, scalability, acquisition value and implementations, support cost, possibility of maintenance of a system by own forces.

After the analysis of existing solutions it was selected "by 1C: Dokumentoobort KORP".

Description of implementation

In selection process the staff of JSC Moloko, according to the recommendation of 1C-KPD LLC, performed a reference visit in Svyazstroy - 4 company in Nizhny Novgorod. As a result the 1C-KPD LLC company was selected from quality of the contractor of this project.

Implementation was performed on project technology and included the next stages:

• carrying out inspection

• development of technical specifications

• implementation of a detail design

• putting into operation

Taking into account the carried-out analysis completion and tuning of a standard configuration was performed. At the same time completion consisted in implementation of the simplified interface of start of processes of approval of contractual documents. Specialists of 1C-KPD LLC performed primary tuning of the normative reference information, configured a template of complex process of approval of contractual documents, provided user training.

Results

Now in the company all documents are stored in uniform information base that ensures safety of documents, a possibility of quick search and access to documents, acceleration of processing of documents (approval and others), increases transparency of accounting of documents and tasks (on any processing stage of the document it is possible to see the status and course of execution of tasks and documents), reduces time for work with documents.

For heads the instrument of control of assigned tasks appeared.
