The Omsk linear production and dispatching station (LPDS) – the largest production facility of the Omsk regional oil transportation administration (ROTA) as a part of JSC Transneft — Western Siberia. LPDS is on intersection of several oil flows and 500,000 m3 locate the largest reservoir park total amount ~ (data for July, 2020).

History

2016

Omsk LPDS (linear production and dispatching station) locates the reservoir park, largest in JSC Transsibneft, volume ~ 500 thousand m ³. The station works as a part of the Omsk regional oil transportation administration (ROTA) of JSC Transneft — Western Siberia.

For February 17, 2016 more than 140 people work at the station, many of which have high awards and gratitude for labor merits.

According to information for 2016 the diagram of pumping of oil is provided by 8 trunk and 8 retaining pumping units, 5 oil metering stations (SIKN) and turboporshnevy testing installation (TTI) 30-1775. For regular quality control of oil and monitoring of impact on the environment the eco-analytical laboratory works at the station.

2014

In 2014 construction of the automated station on mixing (compounding) of oil with different figures of merit became a main goal of the capital investments. Very soon a system will allow to mix effectively oil with the different content of sulfur and to transport it further: on Omsk Refinery, to east regions of Russia, for export to Kazakhstan and China.

1967

In 1967 the pipeline route Ust-Balyk opened, and the station began acceptance of raw materials with the richest West Siberian fields.

1955

In 1955 the oil pipeline Tuymazy came to Omsk – Omsk and station for the first time accepted oil from Bashkiria.

1954

In 1954 the Omsk transshipment oil depot became the eighth reference object unrolled on the way of construction of the Ufa-Omsk oil pipeline, having received the symbolical name "Platform 8-O". Acceptance of the first Bashkir gasoline was provided by low production capacities:

  • three pumping units,
  • small reservoir park,
  • management building,
  • mechanical workshop
  • communication hub.

In several months on "Platform 8-O" construction of the oil pipeline Omsk – Novosibirsk and one of the largest oil arteries Russia – the trunk oil pipeline Omsk was unrolled – Irkutsk.
