BARS. Inventory

Information and analytical system "BARS. Inventory" is intended for automation of collecting, accounting, monitoring and data analysis about a status of information systems and software and hardware complexes of budgetary institutions at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation.

A system is the tool for collection of information about the level of informatization of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation and effective management of information resources of the region.

Main objective of a system "BARS. Inventory" is process automation of collecting and updating on ISIR (the integrated system of information resources).

For achievement of this purpose a system provides the solution of the following tasks:

• automation of calculation of the necessary and sufficient funds allocated for operation of information systems and resources;
• decrease in labor input at a stage of primary filling of data and also on a processing stage of information and formation of analytics;
• control of volumes and workmanship of contracts for operation of information systems and resources of executive authorities;
• formation of a common information space for participants of operation and management system of ISIR.

System implementation "BARS. Inventory" will allow:

• collect data on the level of informatization of subordinated organizations online via the Internet;
• keep passports of the IC and PTK;
• analyze all array of information in any section and on any group of indicators.

A system automates maintaining the register of the address platforms assigned to executive authority and also maintaining passports of information systems and passports of a software and hardware complex of executive authorities and subordinated public institutions.

Besides, "BARS. Inventory" will provide:

• supply control and execution of works on state. to contracts;
• reports generation and analytical cuts (graphics and chart);
• maintaining reference books and qualifiers.

A system automates progress in delivery and service of systems and resources.

Formation, signing of the EDS and approval of the purchasing request necessary for computer engineering means happens directly in a system. Also there is a possibility of registration of suppliers, formations and approvals of the delivery contract, formation of the document of delivery and its approval. The system module "Analytics" is intended for convenient information display on a desktop of heads, analysts and experts. It will allow:

• plan purchase costs of the new equipment and supplies;
• analyze the equipment, available to use;
• determine required capacities for work of information systems;
• consider the equipment and compare the resources required for use;
• obtain information on uninvolved capacities;
• plan expansion and reduction of equipment capacities.

Users of a system can create analytical reports for control of the completed data. On the basis of analytical reports diagrams and charts are under construction.

For the analysis any group of indicators can be selected from any section.
