Modern digital technologies reduce time of creation of airplanes more than by a third, - the president United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) Yury Slyusar at the meeting on the Russian information and supercomputer technologies which took place in Sarov on February 19, 2016 under the leadership of the Prime Minister told Russia Dmitry Medvedev.
Specialists of companies "Sukhoi", "Irkut", MiG, Ilyushin, Tupolev and other design offices and aircraft factories successfully implement paperless technologies in processes of creation of the modern aircraft equipment.
According to Yury Slyusar, "for the Russian aircraft industry information and supercomputer technologies – well familiar and usual "habitat". The OAK new warplanes are SU-35 of generation 4 ++, T-50 of fifth generation, the civil liner "Sukhoy Superdzhet" - are already designed in 3D - technologies".
"Now we solve a complex problem of consolidation of resources practically of all design offices and several plants for operational upgrade and start in production of one of airplanes in a common information space. For the first time all CB will be engaged in concurrent engineering "in digit", - the president of OAK emphasized.
At the OAK enterprises in the last 10 years the management system for complete product lifecycle – from design of the airplane, tests, start actively develops in serial production to an after-sale service. Creation of an end-to-end engineering system in which the software is an important part is the cornerstone.
As Yury Slyusar noted, OAK actively cooperates with colleagues from Sarov. "We work with the Logos complex, adjusted exchange of engineering data for adaptation of new software products". According to him, "it is a good pilot project for working off of interaction between the industry and software supplier. We should focus on those directions of software development where we can really provide technology break and propose the competitive solution".
The president of OAK confirmed readiness for interaction with colleagues from Rosatom, and with also other industrial companies interested in development of the domestic engineering software in a complex to approach formation of consumer base, problem solving of expansion of functionality, attraction of necessary resources and preparation of realistic plans of large-scale implementation of the Russian software
