"The pipeline construction directorate" will communicate through MTS

On February 17, 2016 the MTS company announced a victory in the tender for the three-year contract for the right of provision of services of mobile communication of "Transneft — Pipeline Construction Directorate" company ("Transneft — the shipping documentation"). Contract amount of 11.5 million rub^[1].

Project Task

Within the three-year contract the operator will provide with mobile communication about 400 employees of head office "Transneft — the Shipping Documentation" in the Samara region and also the staff of representative offices in other regions of Russia. The corporate rate assumes the uniform cost of services both at stay in the home region, and in business trips over the country, includes a voice communication and the mobile Internet.

When choosing the supplier the coverage of network, quality of service and cost of services of operators was estimated. Scales of the company and wide geography of works define high requirements to the operator of corporate mobile communication as "Transneft — the shipping documentation" conducts operation on construction and reconstruction of oil pipelines in 11 regions of the European part of Russia. MTS offered the most attractive cost of services at observance of requirements of directorate.
