On February 16, 2015 the company "" announced Business to Дом.ru summing up start of an electronic document management system since 2014.

Since launch of service in a system more than 1 million electronic versions of payment documents are processed: accounts, acts and invoices. Implementation of electronic document management is implemented within the program of development of channels of self-service for systematization of exchange of documents and quality improvement of service of corporate clients "by Дом.ru Business".

Using electronic service clients "Дом.ru Business" can receive all necessary reporting under services within one day and control document flow in real time. At the same time the operator provides the high level of confidentiality of data: all documents are stored and go in encrypted form through the GSI system.

Only the user having unique key with the electronic digital signature can work with the document. Corporate clients can create and receive electronic versions of reporting documents on communication services at any convenient time in "personal account" of the company on the website of the operator.

Electronic document management became the first function implemented during updating of "personal account" of corporate client "by Дом.ru Business". In 2014 among new services in "personal account" are implemented:

• the promised payment,
• selection of an individual tariff plan for each access point in the Internet,
• analysis of statistics of use of services,
• function of printing of the closing documents
• viewing all service requests and addresses.

The updated "personal account" integrates management of all services and tariff plans for corporate clients "Дом.ru Business", allowing to obtain quickly all necessary information on agreements and to control communication expenses. Thanks to the user-friendly interface uniform for all services, the client can configure all telecom services of the operator far off: broadband Internet access, telephony, video surveillance and cloud automatic telephone exchange.
