On December 21, 2015 the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation announced transition to electronic interaction with Federal Bailiff Service since 2016.
Project Task
At the heart of requirements to the project of reorganization of processes of data exchange - acceleration and simplification of work by Federal Bailiff Service on collection of debts.
The pilot project is implemented in 2015 in four regions: Moscow, Rostov, Novgorod and Krasnoyarsk. Since 2016 years from FSSP will pass more than 200 territorial departments of RPF including located in the Crimea and Sevastopol to electronic interaction. Documents on collecting will be transferred to FSSP via secure channels of communication with the electronic digital signature.
According to representatives of service, it will accelerate process of collection of debts and will cut down expenses on collecting. The FSSP interacts on an electronic document management system with tax administration, and as consider both parties, it increased efficiency of actions of FSSP at collection of debts, penalties and penalty fee.
