On February 18, 2016 the Orange Bank and Jet Infosystems company announced creation of the integration solution for interaction of banking systems from different producers. In product quality of integration of the core banking system it is used by software of IBM Integration Bus.
Project Task
It was required to ensure the coordinated work of a front office system on the platform of Diasoft Flextera – the credit pipeline, service of borrowers, management of the customer base, management of limits and the core banking system CFT Bank.

Project Results
The high-performance integration solution based on the IBM Integration Bus v9 platform and own developments of Jet Infosystems company connected different banking systems in the complete solution. The integration solution helps to increase capacities of the operating services, provides interaction with external systems and also allows to change flexibly business processes according to current demands.
Employees of the front office had an opportunity of an institution and considerations of credit requests in a single system, automatic formation of loan agreements in the core banking system. In general employees of the bank have at the order more relevant and consistent customer information and its requests. There was a possibility of maintaining and viewing complete history of customer interactions. It increases customer service quality, reduces risks of unfair actions, increases efficiency and effectiveness of work, provides accomplishment of special requirements of the legislation and the Central Bank of Russian Federation. Specialists of Jet Infosystems company provided interaction of a front office system on the platform of Diasoft Flextera and CFT Bank.
CFT Bank and a front office system use essentially different internal tools and mechanisms. We compared among themselves two different systems and arranged integration relations between platforms. Besides, we developed for CFT Bank the special integration interface – more productive and reliable in comparison with standard. The created solution simplifies for bank support existing and creation of new bank services and also provides their high availability. By means of the interface developed by specialists of Jet Infosystems company, the bank can set releases CFT Bank without completion of the integration solution.
Using own developments specialists Jet Infosystems expanded possibilities of the integration platform and at making changes in business processes, rules of data exchange between information systems change without stopping bank services.
