DPC of Data Box (2015)

For February 18, 2016 the Data processing center of Data Box provides smooth functioning of server and network equipment, corresponds to modern technological level, provides the minimum search time and fault recoveries. Data Box is equipped with security systems and life support, necessary for protection of the equipment against failures in work. The construct of a container provides protection against influence of the external environment, reliability and a possibility of its placement in extreme climatic zones.

In DPC of Data Box (2015)

The mobile DPC is focused on use in conditions:

• the lack of space for placement and expansion of traditional DPC;
• need of fast deployment of reserve DPC, input of additional IT resources in short term;
• active growth of the company and regional development;
• frequent relocations, relocations of office.

Properties of mobile DPC

• possibility of the choice of the location and in need of migration on the new place;
• high speed of installation, quick entry in operation;
• life support systems are installed and fixed even before movement to the place of dislocation;

Engineering infrastructure of DPC

power supply system in structure:

• distribution network of 36 kW;
• system of regular power supply;
• system of a working, emergency and evacuation light;

  • video surveillance system (optionally).

The mobile DPC is placed on the flat platform – on the parking, in warehouse, a hangar, etc. The platform allows to maintain continuous temperature in the room with the equipment. The DPC can be placed on the street - within the fenced, protected area.

Infrastructure for placement of the equipment

• The equipment is installed by IT in standard 19-inch cabinets of MetalBox height 42U
• Quantity of telecommunication cabinets - 4 (19", 42U).
• Telecommunication cabinets for DPC are created taking into account requirements of modern data processing centers.

Server cabinets are set on rails, it allows to move them in the cross direction, provides access to the equipment from front face, and back.

Are brought to server cabinets a cable channels. Use of flexible cable channel allows to bring to cabinets the power or control cable without risk of its damage to process of movement of a telecommunication cabinet.

Power supply system

• Input of capacities of DPC up to 18 kW (in volume of 5 racks, total maximum power without the engineering systems is specified);

System of uninterrupted power

Uninterrupted power in a container provides the modular SNR-UPS-ONRM-20-HPMSAX33 UPS with a scaling option for increase in power. It consists of 3 20 kVA modules and forms a system with the level of reservation N+1.

The UPS is organized according to the scheme on-line with double conversion of tension, has compact architecture, high power factor and small harmonic distortions of an input current.

The UPS works on technology of digital processing of a signal (DSP) that provides reliability and utilization properties at the general compactness.

Joint stock bank as a part of DPC of Data Box (2015)

32 joint stock banks are connected to the UPS - it will provide 30 min. operation of the equipment.

Conditioning systems

For conditioning of a container three channel conditioners of production General Climate are used. Refrigerating capacity of each conditioner is 16.6 kW. Reservation of N+1. Conditioners are finished by a winter set (the guaranteed work up to-30 degrees).

The conditioning system of DPC of Data Box consists of three channel a Split systems power consumption in the mode of cooling of 6.6 kW everyone. Power in the mode of cooling of 33.2 kW.

Fire extinguishing systems

Automatic installation of the fire warning is intended for detection of the center of the ignition which is followed by selection in controlled premises and transfers of notifications on ignition. Installation is constructed on the basis of the equipment of NVP Bolid Ltd.

For fire extinguishing in the protected premises automatic filling of its volume with gaseous fire extinguishing substance – Freon 23 is provided. The choice of a method of suppression is proved by indications of the existing standards and also efficiency of use of gas Freon 23 for protection of the respective premises.

Functional purpose of modular automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing:

• detection and suppression of the centers of ignition and smoke
• giving of a signal of fire alarm to the manager of DPC
• control of operating condition of installation.

Installation components:

• the pipeline for giving of GOTV
• set of nozzles of different types
• electrotechnical modules for formation of a command impulse on opening of the locking starting device of the starting module
• fire extinguishing modules for storage and production of gas fire extinguishing substance (GOTV).

The security alarm is intended for the notification at unauthorized penetration of strangers into premises of a container of DPC. The control and management system of access is created on the basis of the equipment of NVP Bolid Ltd.
