DIN: A geocenter Upravleniyeapk - an information system - a part of an end-to-end system of automation of public administration by the region.

The product provides accumulation, storage, processing and use of information on resource ensuring production of agricultural products, raw materials and food, conducting monitoring of implementation of regional and municipal programs for development of agriculture, sustainable development of rural territories, other target federal, regional and municipal programs.

The information system by means of acceptance of the justified and effective solutions promotes growth of productive and economic, financial performance of agro-industrial complex of the region, socio-economic indexes of development of rural areas.

The purpose of creation of a system - increase in the effective management of agro-industrial complex, improvement of quality of public administration in bodies of the state executive power and local government authorities, creation of conditions for development of the information infrastructure in the field of agriculture meeting the modern requirements and providing satisfaction of information needs and in information exchange of executive authorities and the population.

Functional features

• Inventory and monitoring of the agricultural land with refining of the actual areas of agricultural grounds.
• Determination of fields (the areas and location) which are not used in agricultural production and also are not registered in Rosreestr.
• Formation of passports of fields (land plots), including with information on accessory to an agricultural producer, the used crop rotations, agrochemical indicators, productivity and so forth.
• Monitoring of elements of fertility of agricultural grounds, analysis of optimality of placement of crops.
• Maintaining the unified register of agricultural producers with creation of passports of agricultural producers.
• Formation of thematic cards on structure of an arable land, acreage, productivity and gross collecting of crops, agrochemical indicators, dynamics of sowing and harvest works, etc.
• Automation of collecting of the operational reporting.
• Formation of cards of investment objects (investment. platforms, investment. projects) with the analysis of results on the implemented investment projects (outputs, quantity of new jobs, the amounts of annually payable taxes of the budget and so forth).
• Use of tablet devices for transfer to the database of the Geocenter of instant messages in the form of the text and a photo (video) of materials about situations on fields, farms with display of location of an event on the electronic card.
• Operational receiving on tablet devices of information on productive and economic indicators of municipal districts, agricultural producers, cards on placement of crops, etc.
• Monitoring of achievement of indicative indicators on development of social, engineering infrastructure of rural areas within implementation of target programs for sustainable development of rural territories.
• Efficiency analysis of activity of local government authorities (rural settlements) on development of rural territories.
• Operational condition monitoring of crops from space.
• Monitoring of emergence of the fires on farmlands with the operational notification on mobile communication of the interested legal entities and physical persons about the fire on a specific field, feedback about actions for fire liquidation.

System "DIN: A geocenter Upravleniyeapk" is executed as the web application on the GeoS platform which in turn integrated possibilities of two technology platforms: "1C:Enterprise 8" and GeoServer.
