"WEB LEASING" completed system implementation of management of financial flows

On February 23, 2016 the BFT Group announced a large-scale implementation project of the Cash Management system in the leasing company JSC VEB-LEASING.

Project Tasks

To Cash Management system implementation IT infrastructure helped to solve assigned tasks at the central office. That uniform tasks were carried out in geographically distributed structure, including in subsidiary companies across all territory of Russia, the company management "WEB LEASING" made the decision on transition to a modern management system for requests for payment and the economic agreements Cash Management.

Project Progress

Having begun works in the project experts of BFT company conducted examination and on the basis of data retrieveds developed the system implemented according to the detailed analysis of business processes and infrastructures of the company.

Within the second stage of implementation a system was finished and configured, developed and debugged the integration mechanism with external systems. As of February 24, 2016 Cash Management supports integration with the accounting systems at the 1C Platform and interacts with the system of Client-Bank.

In project completion held acceptance testing of Cash Management and start in operation as a part of CIS of the central office of VEB-leasing company. Divisions the staff of Management of information technologies of JSC VEB-Leasing conducted replication in regional independently.

Integration of the Cash Management system into the operating IT infrastructure became important feature of the project. This phase of the project is completed at a fate of the management of information technologies (MIT) of VEB-leasing company.

Transition to the Cash Management system was performed smoothly, without significant painful changes in work of users. For us was especially important to minimize any difficulties which our employees could face within transition to a new information system. Besides, now we continue to cooperate in a part of transfer to the new platform and other business processes of the company connected with conducting leasing activity actively.
