On February 24, 2016 the NORBIT company announced implementation of the technological solution for business process automation and communications in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The platform - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is used.
Implementation perspective
The financial university holds hundreds of scientific events which considerable part is carried out with participation of bosses of legislative and executive power of Russia, the largest world scientists, including Nobel laureates. The number of participants of scientific actions can reach several thousands of people.
The history of relationship with participants of scientific actions was systematized in spreadsheets what did not limit an opportunity for efficiency analysis and effectiveness? both actions, and communicating processes. Besides, there was no centralized database of history of relationship with entrants, students, graduates and also domestic and foreign colleagues – participants of scientific actions at the university that resulted in certain difficulties of interaction of different divisions among themselves, periodic inconsistency of actions.
The effective modern tool for increase in conversion of potential participants of actions in real, reductions of the human and temporary resources spent for organization of events, the operational analysis of attendance of scientific actions and fullness of groups of educational programs of advanced training was required for the management of the Financial university.
The decision on implementation of cloud CRM which cost of ownership is absolutely transparent also tens times less than the cost of own system is made. The financial university had three years' experience of use of cloud services of Microsoft Office 365, it became the basis for election as a cloud CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
The solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is submitted by the most rational method of automation of assigned tasks thanks to the low cost of ownership and the high level of availability and reliability. What is important, the choice of a cloud solution allowed to implement the project in extremely short time. For today it is the Russia's first implementation project of the cloud CRM solution for process automation of the organization of scientific actions and additional education at the university. Project Progress
A system is implemented in several stages. Within the first two the solution is developed and works on setup of a system in a format of joint seminars of a project team of NORBIT are carried out. Result of joint seminars - the ready-made solution which is set up on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online platform.
Within the third stage the user documentation is prepared:
- "Design of a system"
- "User instruction".
Upon completion of these works user training is provided. Within the final stage the check group of users began to work in a ready system.
Project Results
The implemented solution provided:
- functioning of the configured data structure for storage of cards of participants of actions and the history of relationship with them;
- report generation on different categories of participants of scientific and educational actions,
- registration and processing of the entering addresses;
- consolidation of participants of scientific and educational actions in lists;
- monitoring of all actions in the visualized calendar
- many other things.
The company integrator developed the tool for optimization of work of scientific and international departments of higher education institution. As a result of the carried-out works the loyalty of all participants of actions of higher education institution is increased, labor costs on organization of events are reduced, performance of work with the arriving addresses is increased, the system of the automated accounting of customer information and actions is created, the solution of statistical and analytical tasks is developed. Project geography - 29 regional branches. About 60 automated jobs are created.
In the project progress the command of NORBIT managed to achieve all effective objectives and to solve all problems: we already successfully carried out registration of participants of the II International forum of the Financial university "In search of the Lost Growth" in November, 2015, now we use a system in the course of the organization of the International scientific and methodical conference "Educational programs and professional standards: search of effective interaction" which will pass in March-April, 2016 was involved by considerable number of new listeners of our educational programs. Now we began to distribute the CRM solution to processes of relationship with graduates. |
