Why Favorit Motors implemented biometric control of presence of employees at office

On February 24, 2016 the BioLink Solutions company announced start of a system of a biometric time recording of BioLink BioTime in car showroom of Favorit Motors group.

Project Results

The Favorit Motors group generalized results of the first year of operation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioLink BioTime in one of the car showrooms. A system was implemented for increase in efficiency of use by employees of working time, improvement of control of observance of rules of the schedule of the working day.

According to the statement of integrator, the customer assessed positively results of application of a biometric time recording.

At registration of employees in CIS decrease in delay and early goings at the expense of an exception of a human factor is revealed. To that bases:

• the time recording in BioTime is completely automated, additions and errors of operators are excluded. Automatically also various reports which heads of divisions and personnel department regularly use form.
• employees register the beginning and the termination of the working day, concerning the fingerprint scanner integrated into the biometric BioLink FingerPass terminal.

I consider a biometric time recording useful to application in car showrooms, car services and the automobile technical centers. The BioTime system will be effective and in the companies of other industries — everywhere where automation of a time recording and control of observance of employment policies and procedures of day is required. I estimated BioTime as an exact and reliable biometric system of accounting of working time, already recommended it to the colleagues and I will recommend and further.
