For what purpose the First MGMU of I.M. Sechenov started the website of the center of accreditation

On February 24, 2016 The First BIT company announced development of the website and the software for the Center of Accreditation of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.

Project Task

According to Article 69 of federal law N 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation", the persons who got a profile education according to Gosstandartami and having the certificate on accreditation of the set sample can be engaged in medical activity. Without this document the doctor has no right to be engaged in professional activity.

Graduates of the First MGMU (2015)

Provision of this law became effective on January 1, 2016. In four years prior to date of the introduction of the law accreditation criteria were prepared, the list of the organizations intended for the relevant activity is designated. The period of action of the new document is limited five years then the procedure needs to be undergone again.

Within the project on creation of the Center of Accreditation, software development using which accreditation will be carried out became a task of The First BIT company.

Project Progress

The office "Moscow, M Semyonovskaya" and web studio of The First BIT company designed the information website of the Center – fmza.ru. Implementation of "personal account" which will be integrated with all accounting systems of the Center of Accreditation is planned.

Project Results

For accreditation passing, the ACS card is issued to the medical worker. The web studio The First BIT implemented the system of authorization in SDO without input of login credentials, and the result of testing goes to the accounting system.

Special services by means of which information exchange in real time is made are developed for interaction of SDO and the accounting system.

The specialist passing test can specify the status of a stage of accreditation on information terminals, using the ACS card. 

Upon completion of accreditation the health worker can look at the test passed by him and the answer options, print it. It becomes on the special terminal.
