"Azimuth" output office applications in a cloud

On February 24, 2016 the Alan company announced implementation of Office 365 in the research and production center of new Azimuth technologies.

Technology innovations required improvement of IT infrastructure of printing house. The company was faced by problems of ensuring smooth operation of services of e-mail, reliable protection of mail against viruses, of the organization of an effective corporate system of communications, need to connect tools for control of accomplishment of tasks and the current business processes in the companies and improvements of a system of customer interaction.

Project Progress

Specialists of Alan integrator offered a product by means of which implementation the tasks set by the customer are resolved. The joint implementation team made the decision on transfer of a part of IT infrastructure in a cloud of Microsoft with installation on working devices of the company of a set of office applications of Office 365 as a part of which office applications for productive work.

Project Results

As a result of implementation Office 365, Azimuth had opportunities in management of IT and the organization of business processes of the company.

Administration of a system is simplified, purpose of access rights of employees to personal mailboxes, calendars and documents became possible. Backup and recovery of mail, protection of devices of the company against virus threats is provided.

According to the statement of the press service of integrator, after transition to cloud computing of Microsoft, at the customer need for use of open source software requiring big costs disappeared, now the system administrator resolves more important issues of optimization of a system and cost reduction.

Office 365 became the main instrument of time-management in the company.
