System implementation of a time recording in retail chain stores was caused by problems of optimization and control of working time of employees. First of all, for problem solving, connected with delay and unauthorized goings. Accuracy of the data for this reason the choice stopped on a biometric system with use by the most widespread technology - identification on a fingerprint was one of the main requirements of the customer. Scanning a print, the employee notes arrival time for work and leaving from it. Unlike the card or a charm it is impossible neither to forget the biometric identifier, nor to use the stranger that guarantees reliability and accuracy of the data. For project implementation the equipment and the hardware and software system Biosmart was used. On a zone through passage the terminal of time management "Biosmart-WTC2" which collects information on arrival and departure of employees is installed. Data retrieveds are transferred to the central office. In personnel department the fingerprint reader "FS-80" using which collect initial biometric data for the employee's institution in a system is connected. On a response of the customer, this system proved as reliable and intuitive technical to specialists and personnel of the company. A system provided the enterprise with the effective tool of a time recording with a possibility of control of attendance and labor discipline of personnel.
