The Otkrytiye bank together with Mind company started in February, 2016 a pilot project on development of a system of a video conferencing. A system is started within accomplishment of the plan for increase in technological effectiveness and upgrade of VKS both in intercorporate communications, and within customer interaction. The current project is directed to improvement of a system of holding meetings, the training actions with a big territorial scope of employees.

Complexity of holding similar meetings in mass character and big geographical distribution. For solution the maximum flexibility of a system as the participant at connection should avoid involvement of IT specialists was necessary. Besides, a system had to work so that it was possible to be connected easily and just without special training of the employee or the computer. The participant at the same time should see what occurs – the speaker, the presentations and content from any device.

"A system is easy to control, the person does not need to involve IT specialists to creation of a meeting. Any initiator can come into the personal account, create a meeting, invite participants, - the project manager, the technical director of Otkrytiye Bank Martirosov David says. - At the same time and for the participant everything is very simple - the link in the letter came, the meeting was added to the calendar. Also we integrated a system with telephony. It is necessary to connect – you call and you connect, including through mobile".
