Skan-Zagruzka documents

The product "Skan-Zagruzka Documents" is intended for data loading from printing documents in 1C:Enterprise 8 base. The program analyzes the scan copy of the printing documents received from the partner, will recognize data on them, finds the corresponding elements in 1C: Enterprise base and creates the completed document. The operator needs only to check data, if necessary to fill separate fields which the program could not recognize or which are absent in the printing document and to post.

Mechanisms of recognition of information on the scan images of documents are implemented in structure of "Skan-Zagruzki of documents" and do not require acquisition and installation of third-party software. The program will recognize names NSI (the nomenclature, units of measure, numbers SCD, etc.) containing letters of Cyrillics or Latin and also the mixed names (containing words on Cyrillics and words in Latin). Information for loading is taken both from the heading, and from a table part of the document.

For quality improvement of work in "Skan-Zagruzke of documents" possibilities of training of the program in recognition of the nomenclature and the printed forms used at the specific enterprise are implemented (flexible configuration of rules, automatic selection of the nomenclature on the basis of history of the previous sessions, etc.).

The product is intended for automation of work of the users responsible for acceptance and input in base of primary documents (accountants, storekeepers) and allows to reduce time of input of documents and to reduce quantity of errors, due to additional control from the program.

Features and program capabilities:

• Scanning of documents or data loading from already ready the scan images;
• Automatic selection of the nomenclature, characteristics, numbers SCD and units of measure when loading the document;
• Creation of receipt documents on the basis of the TORG-12, Invoice and Universal Transfer Document forms; processing rules of standard printed forms enter delivery; for non-standard printed forms independent setup of rules in a user mode is possible, the order of setup is described in the instruction entering delivery of a product;
• Automatic entering into the receipt document of data of the provided invoice (number and date);
• Possibility of setup of processing rules for other printed forms;
• The automated creation of the new nomenclature, characteristics and numbers SCD in cases when the elements specified in the document are absent in base;
• Check of coordination of numerical indicators of a table part of the document (the price, quantity, VAT rate, VAT amount and total sum), with a possibility of automatic correction of mistakenly recognizable numbers;
• Mass creation in base numbers SCD.
• The product has the program license and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user. Integration of "Skan-Zagruzki of documents" into accounting information base does not require making changes in a configuration of base.

The product is licensed by quantity of jobs, irrespective of quantity and volume of the loaded documents.
