Product "1C Rating: The public catering for Kazakhstan, edition 3.0", is intended for automation of accounting, tax and operational accounting at the enterprises and in divisions of public catering of different scale: restaurants, bars, cafe, table, production and confectionery workshops, divisions of entertainment and hotel complexes, etc.

"1C Rating: The public catering for Kazakhstan, edition 3.0" is developed based on the standard solution "Accounting for Kazakhstan" of an edition 3.0 systems of programs "by 1C: Predpriyate 8" with preserving of all opportunities of the standard solution also considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of a power supply.

The software product allows to use "direct" and "return" schemes of the document flow (release implementation or implementation release) connected with production and sales of products of a power supply. A design of receipt of revenue from retail sale of food in outlets using different payment methods (cash, coupons, club cards, etc.) and providing discounts on discount cards is automated.

Features and program capabilities:

  • Maintaining lists of compoundings of a different type (preparation, cutting, disassembling);
  • Support of use of the scheme "dish in a dish" with an unlimited number of the nesting levels;
  • Automatic formation of calculation cards, process charts and calculations of cost value of dishes on the basis of the entered compoundings; calculation cards and calculations of cost value of dishes form at the weighted average prices on a warehouse or on the specified nomenclature price type;
  • Production (dishes, semi-finished products) and write-off of ingredients on the set compoundings using flexible schemes of write-off of products; means for the analysis of shortage and investment shortages of ingredients are provided;
  • Use of lists of interchangeable products (analogs) at write-off of ingredients on preparation of dishes;
  • The convenient tool for the analysis of existence in warehouses of necessary ingredients and a design of transactions of movement of products of a warehouse of kitchen;
  • Stock accounting in different units of measure, flexible configuration of rules of recalculation between units of measure;
  • Accounting of losses at hot processing and also seasonal losses at cold processing;
  • Specialized mechanism of accounting of spices;
  • Design of production operations of cutting/disassembling;
  • Accounting of indicators of nutrition value of products;

The configuration is developed using means of a configuration "by 1C: Library of the connected equipment". It is delivered in the type protected using a hardware and software system and contains the minimum quantity of the software modules not available to change by the user.
