The automated system of accounting helps the administrator to book rooms of a bath or a sauna (shower cabins, etc.) on a certain date and time, showing their employment. And, if it is about network of baths or saunas, all number of rooms of network is considered. The program allows to create the general information space in which different divisions of the organization can work: the director, the accountant, administrators of a sauna, sales department (if is available). Thus, having addressed in any sauna from network, the client can obtain information on availability of numbers in other institutions of network at once.

The program traces time of visit of a sauna or bath by each guest. In 15-20 minutes prior to the expiration of time of lease of a sauna the program issues to the administrator a signal that the guest should be warned about it. The program can be configured on different rates and the prices of rendering services, depending on time and from a day of the week.

In the program it is possible to set duration of technical breaks for cleaning of premises between orders. This time is automatically added at registration of orders.

A system makes calculation of order cost depending on duration of time of rendering services. Are created and considered when calculating different rates: for weekdays and days off, for a certain time of day. Settling with visitors can be conducted as on prepayment, and on credit. Use of personal discount cards is possible.

In the course of visit of a sauna clients can purchase additional goods and services which will be included then in joint account. For example, to take number with billiards which should be paid separately, or purchase drinks, brooms, towels, etc. Registration of orders of dishes for kitchen is made (if like that is available).

The program can be used for work with a non-cash single system of accounting of services. As a rule, it is magnetic or proksimit the card of the client used at the order of the different services paid by time at the exit. In a case with a public bath, the improving center or aquapark for identification of the visitor the silicone bracelet with the microchip can be used.

The visitor, having addressed the cashier, makes advance payment and receives a bracelet which is put on to it a hand. Using this bracelet the visitor of the improving center or aquapark can not only open a locker in a locker room, but also be calculated for in addition rendered services and the dishes and goods purchased in cafe. Instead of cash payment the visitor at purchase of goods and services puts the bracelet to the reader, and the amount due is charged on the device microchip. The contactless reader will recognize unique number of each bracelet or the card, allowing to personalize thereby the guest, to trace time of its stay in the territory of an institution and also quantity of the goods and services purchased by the guest. At the exit the visitor hands over a bracelet to the cashier. The cashier reads out the data which are saved up on this bracelet and makes final settlement with the buyer.

Configuration "Rebika: The bath + the Sauna + the Improving center, the main delivery for 3 users" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work. The configuration has hardware protection. The software modules which are responsible for protection system operation are in external a component and are unavailable to configuring by the user. All objects and modules of a configuration which are responsible for functional units of the solution are open and configured.
